From our kitchen
A small kitchen, a slow oven, and patience.
No factory, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Everything is mixed, proved, and baked the same week it's posted, so what arrives at your door is as close to fresh-from-the-oven as Royal Mail will allow.
Each parcel is wrapped by hand with a thank-you note, tracked, and dropped at the post office the day after baking.
